When the right driver showed up, he had my name. Maybe a note on your bookings to say that the driver will address you by name would avoid this from happening to others. I should have realized it myself, but at 6:00 am in a foreign language, I was not very aware. Thanks for your service, it made our last day in India a lot less stressful.

Excellent Out Station Taxi service at really short notice on my part. We were arriving in Majorca less than 24 hours after I Web chatted to a representative. Email confirmations were sent. A representative was waiting for us at baggage claim and took us to our driver. He loaded our bags and off we went and were dropped right outside the reception of our hotel. Return journey was just as good. We had an early start. Driver was there and waiting 15 mins early. Excellent service all round.

We 're satisfied. The driver was the same and he was nice and both times on time. The only minor thing; The driver intended to drop of us of at terminal 1, while I suspected/thought that it should be terminal 2. So I pointed it out to him. Fortunately, he listened and suggested that I should inform at the information point in terminal 1 to be sure and that he would wait for me, while he and my family waited in the cab. I was wright and he dopped us of at terminal 2, plenty in time.
